By using Crade ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Crade is an AI-powered screen assistant that analyzes your screen content and provides guidance. The Service is available as a web application and a desktop application for macOS.

3. Usage Limits

• Free plan: 200 credits per day
• Pro plan: 1,000 credits per day for $7.99/month

Credits reset daily at midnight UTC. Unused credits do not roll over.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to exceed usage limits
• Use the Service to process sensitive data (passwords, financial credentials) intentionally

5. AI Disclaimer

Crade uses AI to provide guidance and suggestions. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for verifying any information or actions suggested by the Service. Crade is not a substitute for professional advice.

6. Payment & Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Crade shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to data loss, system errors, or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
